(150 words minimum): I think the more people working for staff the better and I have lots of hours in Garry's mod (1650 to be exact). I think me being staff, in general, will help me to become better with people and becoming better a staff member too. If there are hard-working staff and admins on a server, the server will be good so I want to be one of a few staff that work had to make the server and the players better. I have had little experience in being staff so if I can get this opportunity I can learn to be a better staff. I think for the most part I would add lots of good value to the staff community and the Gmod community for the server as well. I feel I would be a great staff member for the community because I know how to deal with people that miss behave and I've read all the rules for staff and the main rules.  Why do you want to be staff? (150 words minimum): I would love to become staff to help myself with the experience and Introduce new commers to the server. I feel I will be a great staff because I've read the rules for staff and have never committed and rule-breaking during that job anywhere else. The server looks better and better as the days go on and if that continues than I know the server will be a success but either way, I will be there as a staff or a member of the server. I know how to control most of the staff abilities and freedoms like no-cliping and jailing and since I know how to do those I can respectfully say I will NOT abuse my powers on the job(s) them self. I know i will be good for the community cause of my attitude and the way i treat people. Also ass a good staff member i know i will get more respect that i would have as a normal player and the more respect i have the better of a staff i'll be. I am 15 i was born in 2003,I love using the computer and have been since i was 5 and never once did i switch to ps or xbox.
